Vivo’s V5 Plus gets leaked, most specs revealed


Vivo isn’t exactly the hottest company around, but they have successfully built up buzz for their new V5 Plus. The new device is set to launch on the 23rd of this month, but as usual, it’s been leaked. This time, the full specs of the device have been revealed for all to see.

The V5 Plus sports the tried and true Snapdragon 652, along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. There’s the typical 5.5-inch full HD display, and right above it are the dual front cameras that will sell the device.

The front cameras are a combination of A 20MP and 8MP unit. The 20MP has a Sony IMX376 sensor with an f/2.0 aperture, while the 8MP’s specs still unknown. It’ll also features Vivo’s ‘Moonlight Glow’ flash, as well as Stephen Curry. Who better to market a selfie-based phone than NBA star Stephen Curry, am I right?

Anyway, the whole thing will be powered by a 3300mAh battery, which also features Quick Charge support. and in typical Vivo fashion, it’ll probably cost much more than most other competitors. We’ll have to wait until the 23rd for more information, though there’s not much else to find out, is there?
