Elephone’s camera-centric P8 smartphone just got more photography focused with the addition of a software shortcut that’ll allow you to start the camera app with a simple double press of the power button. We can watch a quick demonstration in Elephone’s latest video:
As you could see in the video, the shortcut button can be pretty handy when you’re doing anything else on your smartphone and feel the urge to snap a photo. Of course you could navigate to it quickly once you know your phones icons layout by heart, but double pressing the power button is doubtlessly faster than that.
Other than the rear 21MP camera and 16MP front shooter for capturing high res detailed photos, the Elephone P8 also comes with a whopping 6GB of fast DDR4 RAM and 64GB of internal storage, plenty enough to store the hundreds of pics you’re going to shoot.
