Vivo’s Xplay 7 leaks, features under-display fingerprint sensor

We might be one step closer to seeing Vivo’s under-display fingerprint sensing technology on a smartphone. A new set of leaks reveals some slides that show the next Xplay device with some brand new features like the already mentioned under display fingerprint sensor  and three rear cameras.

The images also show the Xplay 7’s design, which seems to be an evolution of the Xplay 6’s. The device seems to feature a metal and glass build, with a curved display and very minor bezels. Aside from that, there isn’t really anything else about the new device.

Gizchina News of the week

If the Xplay 7 does in fact arrive at the market soon, it’ll be the first with this technology. We expect the device to have top of the line specs, like the Xplay 6 before it. Pricing and availability have also not yet been shown, though we can expect to comfortably sit at the premium end of the spectrum.
