New LeEco smartphone appears at a Chinese patent office

LeEco has been struggling the past months with the possibility of doom, due to its huge financial problems but this doesn’t stop the company from preparing to launch some new devices.

This mystery phone that appeared earlier today at a Chinese patent office, shows a typical device, with nothing… impressive to show, along with just a few information regarding its features and technical specs.

Gizchina News of the week

From the looks of it, the device seems to be metallic, packing a rear mounted fingerprint sensor, along with a rear camera, a LED flash and some visible antenna lines at the top and bottom. It comes with typical bezels at the top/bottom and none at its sides, a selfie camera is placed at the top along with a ambient light sensor and some extra buttons (volume rocker, power button) on the side. According to its schematics, this mystery model comes with USB Type-C port, an IR blaster on top and two speaker holes at the bottom.

We have no official information about this device, so we have to be patient and perhaps cautious. After all we saw another LeEco phone appear on TENAA 2 months ago, but still there’s no sign of it.
