Chuwi LapBook Air: Thin and Light, with a beautiful Display


The Chuwi LapBook Air is a very thin laptop with a thickness of just 6mm in its thinnest point. It’s also light at 1.3 kilograms and it looks a lot like a much more expensive Apple MacBook.

One really important factor when getting a new laptop is the screen’s quality, resolution and brightness. According to Chuwi their LapBook Air wins at everything. The super slim laptop does indeed come with a 14.1-inch IPS fully laminated display and a resolution of 1920x1080px; the screen is also quote bright at around 320cd/㎡.

The IPS panel will also grant wider viewing angles compared to TN, at up to 178-degrees. As you well know they can also reproduce more accurate colors, sharpness and faster response times.

On the Chuwi LapBook Air we’ll also find slim bezels around the display, which being fully laminated, kind of disappears inside the frame, even more so when it’s completely off. Lastly, the laptop’s keyboard is backlit, you’ll find that really useful when typing at night.
