Meiigoo S8 with 6.1-inch 18:9 Aspect Ratio Teaser Video Released

Today we get another preview at theĀ ā€” hopefullyĀ ā€” upcoming Meiigoo S8, which as the name suggest is yet another Samsung S8-eque looking device. The handset will sport a 6.1-inch display with an 18:9 display aspect ratio, if you’re interested check out the video below.

From the video it’s really hard to get a real representation of the Meiigoo S8 as it’s mostly an ad with a render of the smartphone, they’ve definitely released videos more interesting in the past, here‘s the previous one.

From past news we also know the Meiigoo S8 will be featuring a 6.1-inch display coated in 3D glass, meanwhile on the back we’ll find the trendy dual camera setup.

The smartphone will be powered by an octa-core CPU (most likely coming from Mediatek) paired with an insane 8GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, so multi-tasking shouldn’t be an issue.

Don’t think it will have only 4 gb ram because their previous phone has 6gb ram and this looks more premium than that.

Typical chinese phone. A slow P25 mediatek processor and a crappy camera that only works when its bright and still. Dual cameras are great but most people don’t care about boken effects. They want image stabilization, not useless effects. Mediatek processors have a bad global reputation which is why Xiaomi and Huawei don’t use them in any phones they make!
