Oppo hits the top as market leader inside China during Q3


We are at the time of years when most companies shares their profit results in the third quarter of the year. New reports, this time coming form the research agency Counterpoint, show us that no one else than Oppo got the top among smartphone vendors inside China, during Q3.

The BBK owned company, sucessfully out-shipped companies such as Huawei and Vivo. Grabbing a 18,9% margin of Chinese market, the company surpassed the 18,6% equally made by the other two companies.

 

Some controversies should pop out, since few days ago another research company Canalys have put Huawei as the Chinese market leader. Those differences can be explained by each different rout that every research companies take to reach the results. In another example, Canalys cited a 5% drop in totally shipments during the last three months, while Courterpoint stated only a 1% drop.

One thing is safe to say, the BBK Electronis group is sitting comfortably at the top three with the results of its owned companies Oppo, Vivo and additionally OnePlus. That clearly states a good general result in Q3.

With the recent released Oppo R11 and R11s and also the upcoming arrival of OnePlus 5T, BBK aims to, at least, establish and possibly expand the difference in total market share inside the Chinese market.
