The LEAGOO S8 – as the name suggests – is one of those Samsung inspired devices that we’re really glad exist. You may ask why? Well, the answer is simple. You get a smartphone with 1mm thin side bezels, a slim 69mm body, an 18:9 display aspect ratio and an 85% screen-to-body ratio for around six times less money.

LEAGOO’s S8 also looks well built, with a CNC machined metal frame and a sleek glossy back cover, it’s really hard to tell it’s a phone that’s selling at around $100 by looking at it. To prove this point, LEAGOO just released a Youtube video showing off the smartphone’s design, let’s check it out down below.

As far as specs go, the LEAGOO S8 is powered by a Mediatek octa-core CPU, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The phone also sports a 5.72-inch SHARP HD+ display and two dual camera setups on the back and front.

Going into specifics, the S8 sports a SONY 13MP + 2MP dual camera combo on the back and an OV 8MP + 2MP setup on the front. The battery has a capacity of 2940mAh and supports quick charge at 5V2A.
