Elephone U Pro

Let’s begin with the more affordable Elephone U. The handset comes with a beautiful 5.99-inch FHD+ curved AMOLED display with an 18:9 aspect ratio coated in Corning Gorilla Glass 5 as well as a MediaTek P23 octa-core, 6GB of RAM and a whopping 128GB of internal storage. Gizchina News of the week

As far as the Elephone U Pro goes, the handset comes with the same exquisite 5.99-inch FHD+ curved AMOLED display, 18:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, but it differs in one main factor – its CPU. The U Pro does indeed boast the powerful and efficient Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC which makes it a real flagship, at least in Elephone’s portfolio. Other neat features we only find on the Elephone U Pro are wireless charging, Android 8.0 Oreo OTB and NFC support.

The Elephone U Pro is now on sale on Gearbest $419.99, which is also $20 off retail price.

I loved Elephone’s press release, read below:

This display for smartphone ELEPHONE U
and ELEPHONE U Pro is made by BOE. In China, there are many other
famous smartphone manufacturers – Huawei, Xiaomi, Meizu, OPPO, but
why BOE choose ELEPHONE as its first business partner to use curved
displays? The answer is obvious, the brand awareness of the Elephone
has increased greatly as well as worldwide influence.
    Worldwide influence my a**.

good phone but it is very surprising to see Elephone release like 400$+ smartphone..because all these years they were like in the sub 250$ range…

its hard to digest for people when they move to premium segment..lol

Pro should be 400 bucks flat. No hurry, the price will definitely stabilise there. 300 bucks flat for the U with P23.

They really got too much into “our most flagship device”. None of them is worth more than 320$ to me. For 360$ i can get Nubia Z17 or Xiaomi Mi6. So yeah, i doubt they will sell lot of these for such price. Il wait till it drops to my desired 300$ or less. Shouldnt take long looking at Elephone S8 pricing through last months.

Why pay 350 bucks on the MTK P23 device? For the 128GB storage? Wake up, maze alpha x, dog mix 2, ulefone and many out there give you 128GB ROM with a super reasonable price tag. Stop selling the shit at the higher price, ELEPHONE.

But u need to know the cost of flexible screen, and real dual camera. I don’t want to spend low money to buy fake dual camera and the one is even a paper in the device.

It seems most of users do not know the price of flexible screen, which is the screen that even large brand do not use. Only Samsung used this screen, and Elephone is the second. I don’t know where they can got this screen, but this screen is very well.
