Samsung Electronics is currently shipping the Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8+, and Galaxy Note 8 with a pair of Gear IconX (2018) earbuds. This offer lasts for a limited period as it is expected to elapse on the first day of March. However, to qualify for this potential buyers have to make the purchase via Samsung US official website or through Samsung app. The IconX (2018) is currently priced at $199 in the US and its available in multiple colors but the black variant will be used for this promo.

Samsung’s second gen. Gear IconX (2018) is a wireless earbud and it has a charging case. It is equipped with 4GB internal memory for music and can be used independently. It can also track your exercise and provide a live coach while you work out. This earbud is compatible with Android and iOS devices but users with iOS will have limited features. The Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8+, and Galaxy Note 8 normally ships with a pair of wired AKG earphones which are tuned by Harman Kardon. It is not clear if the Gear IconX replaces this earphone or adds to it.
