March 27, coming Tuesday to be precise will see Huawei finally take the veil off the Huawei P20 series for the Global Market. It’s a hotly anticipated launch that has seen quite a good flow of pre-announcement leaks. While Huawei may never have the chances of selling its phones, not even the P20 in the US market, the company has decided to take its marketing campaign to other key markets including the UK.
In a new advertising campaign of the Huawei P20, first spotted by the inquirers, Huawei is seen moving about the street of UK major cities with flatbed trucks, specifically targetting locations near an Apple Store or Samsung Experience Store.
Outside the flatbed trucks with the P20 promotional billboards, a couple of Huawei P20 promotional street graffitis are also visible in walkways near Apple Stores and Samsung Experience Stores in UK’ capital. Both the Walkway graffitis and the flatbed trucks with the P20 promotional billboards has the tagline “a renaissance in photography is coming” and the “WAIT” and “BE PATIENT” tagline, with special reference to P20’s AI-powered camera features.
We already have information on virtually every aspect of the P20 and P20 Pro, including the camera, with the most recent report suggesting that the P20 pro will come with triple rear comprising a 40MP main sensor, an 8MP telephoto sensor, and a 20MP sensor that’s believed to capture monochrome images and create depth effects.
Pricing details for the P20 and P20 pro have also been leaked, but we will get to see more official details at the launch in Paris on Tuesday 27th March.
