Yesterday, Xiaomi Youpin opened its first flagship physical store in Nanjing. This store covers over 600 square meters and offers almost everything from food to technology. As of the time of the official opening of this store, it contains over 15 categories and 2000 items for sale which includes smartphones, smart home, furniture, kitchen utensils, and miscellaneous goods.
Until now, Xiaomi Youpin has been an absolute e-commerce platform under Xiaomi. It sells not only Xiaomi products but also third-party independent goods. Though the store is dominated by Xiaomi or Xiaomi-supported products, the third-party products are usually those that are not available from Xiaomi.
