Razer Phone 2 released in Taiwan for NT$25,990 ($840)


Earlier today, Razer held a new product launch conference in Taiwan, where it officially released the Razer Phone 2 gaming smartphone. This phone comes with a NT$25,990 ($840) price tag and it will be avialble for sale on November 17.

As a gamimg phone, the Razer Phone 2 specifications are just all you need to get a good gaming time. It uses an UltraMotion IGZO display, supports HDR, has a 120Hz refresh rate, ensures that the game screen is not delayed, does not smear and overall, it gives an immersive gaming experience. For good sound quality which contribuites to the overall gaming experience, Razer used front firing dual speakers which supports Dolby Surround 5.1. This phone uses the Razer Chroma lighting system on the back of the phone logo and you can adjust the colour to your favorite lights.

The Razer Phone 2 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor coupled with 8GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The storage is expandable up to 1TB. In the camera department, we have a 12MP+12MP dual rear camera setup which supports OIS (optical image stabilization) and PDAF phase focus,. Up front, there is an 8MP selfie shooter. The lights of this smartphone are kept on by a 4000 mAh which supports QC 4+ fast charge and wireless fast charge. It is worth mentioning that the Razer Phone 2 expunged the 3.5 mm headphone jack and supports IP67 dust and water resistance.
