Huawei Y7 Pro 2019 announced, goes on sale in Vietnam


We knew it was coming, but not this soon. Huawei has officially introduced the Huawei Y7 2019 that leaked a while ago as the Huawei Y7 Pro 2019. The new entrant to Huawei’s ‘Y series lineup has only been introduced to the Vietnam market where it is currently selling for 39,90,000 Vietnamese dongs /US$ 171. There are no official words on its possible roll out to other markets as of now.

The specs and design are well in line with a recent leak and render, however, we will recapitulate that for the uninformed. 

Available in Aurora Blue and Black color option with a gradient finish similar to other Huawei smartphones, the Huawei Y7 Pro 2019 parades a 6.26-inch HD+ display with Waterdrop notch Screen, 19:5:9 aspect ratio and FHD+ resolutions. under the hood, the device gets an Octa-Core Snapdragon 450 SoC coupled mated with 3GB RAM and 32GB expandable storage.

Huawei y7 pro

For photography and video, the Y7 Pro 2019 comes fitted with a 13MP f/2.2 main camera with LED flash, support for AI scene detection,  a 2MP depth-sensing secondary sensor, while a 16-megapixel sensor takes charge of selfies. It has the Face unlock feature, but sadly no fingerprint scanner.
