Lenovo’s next major unveiling is taking place on March 27 in China. The company’s VP Chang Cheng has outed a teaser on Weibo that says the Lenovo Z6 Pro will be unveiled on March 27. No image, render or specs have been exposed, however, we already know what the main focus of the upcoming flagship might be.
Without showcasing the actual device, Lenovo Mobile VP in a live presentation at this years MWC hinted that the company upcoming flagship Lenovo Z6 pro will come with support for the next generation 5G connectivity and a new ‘HyperVision’ camera feature that will be capable of something the company calls ‘Hyper Videos.
While it remains to be seen what Lenovo’s hyper vision camera holds, its more or less certain the upcoming Lenovo Z6 Pro will be 5G compliant, at least to fit into the league of the Galaxy S10, the LG V50 ThinQ as well as the Mi Mix 3 5G, though not without a base 4G model that could come at a much more affordable price.
The device as per the teaser today will go official in about 24hrs, and while the 4G variant might get released without delay, the 5G variant could only hit the shelves, perhaps later in June. We might still get some more useful details before the official launch, so stay tuned for more details on the event and the new phone.
