Though last year some smartphone makers announced the game industry is the next direction most of them are going to move to, not that many gaming smartphones have been launched till the date. When talking about gaming handsets, we can mention only a few brands and a few models. As you know, Xiaomi has its own models that come our way from Black Shark, ASUS has its own model with the ROG trademark, Nubia has launched a couple of models for its Red Devil series, and of course, we should mention Razer. This niche is predicted to become more active, and the first signs are already seen. Today, a new smartphone from Nubia passed the 3C certification. The phone with a model number of NX629J appeared in 3C documents. As the Nubia Red Devil Mars had a model number of NX619J, it’s assumed we are dealing with the third-gen Nubia Red Devil 3. The certification document shows that the device supports up to 30W PD fast charge.

Nubia CEO, Ni Fei has said that the Nubia Red Devil 3 will be equipped with the industry’s strongest mobile processing platform (Snapdragon 855), paired with the highest operating memory (12GB) in the industry, and the screen will have a refresh rate way higher than that of the PC display. Thus, the latter will not only provide an excellent gaming experience but also will protect the eyes. As for the memory, it’s a head higher than what we’ve seen in the previous generation. Ni Fei also said the battery capacity of the Nubia Red Devil 3 is not smaller than 5000mAh. The physical buttons and 4D shock linear motors all have big upgrades as well.

In addition, the Nubia Red Devil 3 will also adopt the first ‘wind-cooled × liquid-cooled’ ICE multi-dimensional heat dissipation system, which achieves an amazing cooling performance through the principle of circulating heat dissipation of wind tunnel convection and super large heat pipes.
