How does the Asus ZenFone 6 Flip Camera work? What is the internal mechanism that allows the camera to rotate to shoot at any angle made? Let’s find out in a new video from JerryRigEverything.

Asus ZenFone 6 is, without doubt, one of the best smartphones of the moment. Users were especially impressed by the Flip Camera with 48 and 13 MP sensors, capable of turning upside down to take selfies and panoramas or other interesting features (like the one that allows them to independently follow a moving subject during videos).

Yesterday we saw the durability test, again by JerryRigEverything, while today we take a look inside the smartphone to find out how the Flip Camera works. As you can see for yourself, once you remove the back glass and the cover, you can immediately see on the right side the small gear that allows the rotation of the camera module.

Without any additional talk, we leave you with the complete disassembly video of the Asus ZenFone 6 and its Flip Camera:

Gizchina News of the week

It is worth to mention that when Asus announced theĀ ZenFone 6, we had high hopes that it could take selfies to the next level if the shooters were taken advantage of to their full potential. Well, now thereā€™s more reason for cheer as DxOMark has given top ranking to the ZenFone 6 for selfies in its camera test. The handset beats the competition by quite some margin with a 98 points score and is the new number one in DxOMarkā€™s selfie ranking.

As per DxOMarkā€™s test, a big part of that score is due to its outstanding video score while photos got a score ofĀ  101 points which matches the current toppers such as the Galaxy S10 5G.
