Nokia 1.3 gets Bluetooth Certification – to use SD215 SoC


Finnish manufacturer HMD Global is currently working on a new entry-level phone on its Nokia brand. According to reports, the name of this phone is Nokia 1.3 and it recently got the Bluetooth SIG certification. The listing reveals that this device uses Bluetooth 4.2 and it comes with model number TA-1213. The listing also reveals that this smartphone will come with a Qualcomm 200-series processor – possibly the Snapdragon 215. As of now, there is no other information regarding this device.

This smartphone could be a successor to Nokia 1 which comes with a 4.5-inch display, MT6737M quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 5MP rear camera with LED flash, 2MP front camera, and a 2,150mAh battery. Nokia 2.3 is another entry-level smartphone from Nokia – probably one of the cheapest. This smartphone comes with a 6.1-inch HD+ notch display, MediaTek Helio A22 chipset, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. Nokia 2.3 also has 13MP and 2MP dual rear cameras. On the front, this phone has a 5MP selfie camera. It uses a 4,000mAh battery with 5W charging support. Nokia 2.3 runs on Android Pie out-of-the-box and is scheduled to receive the Android 10 update in the near future. Nokia 2.3 also has a dedicated Google Assistant button.
