We already know that Realme will take off the wraps off their first 5G smartphone, Realme X50 5G, on January 7 at an event in Beijing. Now, we got the confirmation that the company’s first truly wireless earphones, the Realme Buds Air will also be launched in its home country on the same date.
The Buds Air were unveiled in India during the last week. Currently, they are only available in the country where they can be purchased for INR3,999 ($56/€50). The earphones feature a super-low latency of 120ms and come with a charging case that supports Qi Wireless Charging. The battery provides a total endurance of 17 hours. It also has an LED indicator on the front, along with a pairing button. Moreover, the Realme Buds Air feature 12mm bass boost driver along with a custom R1 chip that ensures a stable connection.
Realme Buds Air is available in three different color options – White, Black, and Yellow. The last color option definitively is the best one, as it successfully captures Realme’s visual identity in the country. The Buds Air support touch controls and count with two microphones on each earphone. One of them is used for calls while the other is there for in-call noise cancellation.
We are curious to see the price of these hearables in the Chinese market.
