Realme UI beta testing starts for Realme X2

Realme UI

Realme has just unveiled its brand new custom UI running on top of the Android 10-based ColorOS 7. Yeah, you read correctly, it’s an Android skin running above another Android skin. Despite this, Realme promises a close to stock experience with Realme UI. The company has finally opened the beta testing for owners of the mid-range champion Realme X2.

According to an official announcement made by the Chinese firm, users of Realme X2 can apply to test the Realme UI between January 20 and January 27. The actual beta testing will start in the first week of February. Although Realme X2 is available in several International Markets, Realme decided to limit the availability of this beta to India. Therefore, you must be an Indian resident if you’re willing to get a taste of Realme UI. Furthermore, you need to be at least 18 years olds. The beta is only available for the X2 and other devices will remain in the waiting process for now.

Worth noting that the usual requirements are here for beta testers. If you want to test the new OS you need to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) and provide an ID. The application form and the final list approved of Beta Testers will appear in the Source link provided below. Of course, it will only appear when the time comes.

According to the roadmap published by Realme back in November, the Realme 3 Pro, XT will also be among the first Realme phones to prove the Android 10-based software. The list will grow exponentially until Q3 2020.
