Samsung’s last smartphones of 2019 were the mid-range Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71. They were launched initially in Vietnam and made their way to Europe earlier this month. Now, the teaser page for the devices goes live on Samsung’s official website in Indian, suggesting an imminent launch in the country.

The teaser page does not say much but it does not bother as well since we know the specifications of these phones. Moreover, we also have some idea about the pricing according to a leak from a few days back. The Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 are expected to start at ₹23,000 and ₹30,000 respectively in India. That said, the company is yet to reveal the launch date, which we think will happen by the end of this month or early next month.

Galaxy A51 & Galaxy A71 Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 are the successors to the popular Galaxy A50/s and Galaxy A70/s from last year. They feature a similar design but come with slightly different specs from each other. For instance, the Galaxy A51 is powered by the company’s in-house Exynos 9611 SoC, whereas the Galaxy A71 features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 SoC underneath. Both have a quad-camera setup comprising of a 12MP ultra-wide unit, a 5MP macro shooter, and a 5MP depth sensor. But the primary sensor is dissimilar, as the former comes with a 48MP sensor, on the latte sports a 64MP sensor.

The same continues throughout the entire specs of the phone such as a 4,000mAh battery with 15W charging opposed to 4,500mAh unit with 25W charging and a 6.5-inch display in contrast to a 6.7-inch display but both are FHD+ Infinity-O AMOLED displays with a 32 selfie camera and in-screen fingerprint sensor.
