With an increasing trend of smartwatches, more and more smartphone makers are entering into the wearable space. After Xiaomi, it seems like Vivo is also working on its first-ever smartwatch. Coming back to the Vivo smartwatch, this is not the first time we’re hearing about the product. The wearable has already received the EUIPO trademark in Europe.
Vivo Smartwatch Trademark Granted in India
The company has now received the trademark for the Indian market as well. This means that we should be hearing more about the wearable in the coming days. Sadly, both the trademark filing hasn’t revealed anything about the upcoming Vivo smartwatch. This might mean that the smartwatch is currently in the early stages of development. Whatever the case is, we’re speculating to receive more information on the same.
With the wearable market getting more attention, it would be interesting to see how well the product will perform. In another related news, Oppo smartwatch recently was leaked again revealing the entire design. Furthermore, Oppo sub-brand Realme will also unveil its first smartwatch by the end of this year. It seems like every company is now shifting its focus to the smartwatch space in order to expand the portfolio further.
