Chinese manufacturer, Honor, is getting set to unveil its latest smartphone, Honor 30S. This device will arrive on March 30 alongside the Kirin 820 5G chip. One of the biggest highlights of this phone is the Kirin 820 5G processor. This smartphone is the first device to use this SoC. However, it appears that it will still come with a very good camera. Today, the vice president of the Honor business department, released a high-definition proof of the Honor 30S camera. According to the official disclosure, Kirin 820 has flagship ISP 5.0 and industry-leading BM3D SLR image noise reduction technology. This provides a higher guarantee for the imaging quality of Honor 30S.
Honor officially has announced that the Honor 30S mobile phone will arrive live online on March 30. The Kirin 820 5G chip will use Huawei’s self-developed DaVinci architecture NPU. This chip uses the 7nm process and comes with A76 CPU and G77 GPU. In addition, the ISP and NPU are fully upgraded to support Kirin Gaming. Furthermore, the Honor 30S will come with a side fingerprint recognition solution. It will also use a quad-rear camera setup with a 40W power adapter. This smartphone will be available in gradient white and orange colours.
The 5G modem that comes with the processor will feature ‘industry-leading’ interference suppression tech so that it can maintain a stable and fast connection even in more congested areas. Furthermore, it will be battery-efficient due to the usage of AI intelligent scheduling algorithms. The modem will be also capable of switching over to new base stations quickly to maintain a stable connection. Lastly, it will have support for dual SIM, which will enable 4G VoLTE calls on one SIM and 5G internet connection on another SIM at the same time.
