Today, Xiaomi’s Mijia Smart Steaming Oven was officially launched on Xiaomi crowdfunding. The crowdfunding will start tomorrow (August 26). The crowdfunding price of this product is 1,299 yuan ($188) and the future retail price is 1,499 yuan ($217).

The Mijia Smart Steaming Oven is a multi-purpose steaming, baking, frying, and stewing machine. It supports 30 seconds of rapid steam generation, comes with its own water purification filter box, and supports for intelligent control.
This product also uses a full-door vertical body with a built-in three-layer steaming and grilling tank. There is also a stainless steel steaming tray, a grill, and a baking tray. It supports three-layer cooking and barbecue. As said, one machine has multiple functions to meet the food needs of the whole family.

The Mijia Smart Steaming Oven is driven by a 1200W high-power evaporation pan. The latter can output uniform and dense steam in 30 seconds and can steam for 120 minutes with one addition of water. The microcomputer intelligently controls the amount of steam and cooking time.
The roasting mode has a 1450W high power. It also comes with a hidden heat roasting tube on the back and a 12cm large-size circulating fan. So the heat in the oven cavity is evenly distributed. And it realizes the frying effect way better.
The unique steaming and grilling mode of the steamer combines two cooking modes. The grilling makes the surface crispy. The steaming adds moisture to the food, making the grilled or baked food taste softer and tender. Due to the built-in air frying mode, it achieves a similar crispy effect without frying.
The Mijia smart steaming oven adopts a 1.2-liter large-capacity, bottom-drawing water tank, which can flexibly replenish water during the cooking process to avoid temperature fluctuations caused by opening the oven door. This product is a part of the Xiaomi smart home ecosystem. Thus, it supports Mijia app operations. Through the app, you can get more than 50 cloud smart recipes, can customize the cooking time, mode, and name, and of course, it supports Xiaoai voice assistant. Say, with a single sentence, you can pause cooking and query the remaining time.
The cavity of the Mijia smart steaming oven is made of 304 stainless steel. It also has a hidden grilling tube design. The inner wall is flat without interference from the grilling tube. This is helpful when cleaning oil and water stains after cooking.
