Samsung has begun beta testing One UI 3.0 for the Galaxy S20 series smartphones. It is noteworthy that this event took place shortly after the availability of the final version of Android 11 on Pixel smartphones, the starting point for each subsequent version of the “robot”. For Samsung’s new user interface, the first stop is South Korea, where the Galaxy S20 series comes with the Snapdragon 865 SoC. For the time being, developers who previously applied to join the One UI 3.0 Beta program can get access.
It is not known when the public beta test will be available, however, when this will happen, owners from the USA, China (both with Snapdragon 865), Poland, India, Germany, Great Britain (all Exynos 990) will be able to participate in the firmware upgrade. The final release will take place before the end of this year.
