The OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro are the first (not counting Google phones) devices to be updated to the final version of Android 11. The company posted the corresponding joyful message in its own blog. OxygenOS 11 firmware will be installed on top with a number of innovations. They include both visual innovations and enhancements to a number of services already available.
In particular, Game Space received advanced notification settings, including tools for quickly responding to instant messengers if necessary, Always On Display – the ability to set up a schedule for the day and new styles for hours, a dark theme can now be turned on on a schedule, as well as through a configured hotkey, and Zen mode has been expanded with five new themes and social features.
