Realme N1 Electric Toothbrush now available in Blue

Realme N1

Realme announced this year its entrance in the market as a brand that makes more than “just smartphones”. In fact, the company wants to be known as a lifestyle brand that offers technological solutions in multiple ways. The company already has interesting wearable devices, TWS earphones, and other “unusual products”. Among the unusual products, we have the Realme N1 Electric Toothbrush. This product comes straight from the brand’s IoT and Lifestyle branch in India. The Toothbrush was revealed in India in early October. The product came in White and Blue color options, but only the former has been available for customers so far. Now, the Blue color is finally ready for customers. The brand made the announcement earlier today via its Realme Link Twitter account. The new colorway will be sold for the same INR 799 (~$11) price tag. It can be purchased on the Realme India website.

Realme N1 – A IoT product with smart modes and nice features

The Realme N1 Sonic Electric Toothbrush comes with DuPont anti-bacterial bristles with blue bristles. It will remind you to change the head when their color fades. As you may expect, Realme has made this product quite smart. It comes with three cleaning modes – Soft Mode for sensitive teeth, a clean mode for daily usage, and a polish mode for shinning teeth. The product also comes with a memory function. It will always remember that last mode you’ve used. Moreover, there is a 30-second interval reminder. It tells you to change to another area.

Gizchina News of the week

Under the hood, the electric toothbrush brings a high-frequency sonic motor. It can vibrate up to 20,000 times per minute. It draws power from an 800mAh battery. According to Realme, this is enough to provide up to 130 days of usage. However, this can only be achieved if you brush twice a day for 2 minutes each time in soft mode. The product has less than 60 days, so no one can prove the company’s 130-day-battery claims right now. The Realme N1 packs a USB-C port at the bottom for charging with over-voltage and over-charge protection. Well, this is impressive. Meanwhile, there are smartphones in the market coming with micro USB ports.

A new color arrived and Realme enthusiasts will be pleased with it. However, the brand is yet to list replaceable heads on the site. Instead, it says that it can be purchased at authorized service centers. This isn’t very consumer-friendly, as you can have extra heads in your home. And for replacing it, you need a service center close to your home.
