Apparently, Xiaomi’s gaming sub-brand already moved on with its 2021 schedule and is focusing on its next gaming smartphone. However, enthusiasts of the hardware-focused brand will have something to enjoy in the last days of 2020. The brand has just announced a bunch of new accessories for mobile smartphones. These accessories include a fast-charger, charging cables for Android and iPhone, and shoulder buttons for mobile gaming.
We all know that Black Shark is a sub-brand that brings smartphones focused on the gaming experience. It’s curious to see that now, the company is moving on to release accessories. Some of them are simple, but others will try to bring the good gaming experience offered by gaming phones. Some users don’t want to get an expensive gaming phone but can certainly enjoy a shoulder buttons add-on. The company seems to be “testing” a new range of Black-Shark branded products, and honestly, this seems to be a smart way to go.
Black Shark Dual-Port 30W charger
The first product unveiled by the company is a new fast charger with dual-ports. It has a USB-C port and a USB-A port with a foldable plug. The charger has a maximum power output of 30W, however, we don’t know what each port outputs are. Unfortunately, there still no official listing for the new product. However, it is quite cheap at CNY 79 (~$12).

The company also unveiled a pair of should trigger for a better gaming experience. In fact, the product tries to bring the extreme gaming experience of gaming phones to overall standard smartphones. The buttons will sit at the top of your phone and you can assign special functions depending on the game. Each trigger has two buttons and is priced at CNY 39 ($6) per unit. If you want to get both sides, then you’ll pay CNY 78 (~$12). In the end, it offers good value for money.
Black Shark Type-C Cable
The company also unveiled a USB-C data cable for those who need a special Black Shark branded one. The cable is braided and has an angled USB-C connector at one end and a USB-A connector at the other. The cable costs just CNY 59 (~$9).
Lightning Data Cable and Lightning Fast Charging Data Cable
The company also unveiled two new cables for those on the Apple side of the Force. One comes with a CNY 59 (~$9) price tag and is just a standard cable. However, there is a fast-charging option that costs CNY 69 (~$10.5). Both have USB-A connectors on one end and an angled lightning connector on the other end.
For those interested, Black Shark will open pre-orders tomorrow at 18:00 local time. The actual sales will start on January 1 at 10:00 AM.
