The Mango Power Union looks unlike any other lithium power station currently on the market. The battery is encased in a smooth, burnished anodized aluminum shell and wrapped in a chromatic light belt, making it look more like a piece of hypermodern art than a giant battery.

Under the hood, though, lie a dizzying array of outlets which include 5x 20A AC receptacles and 5x USB-A ports.

Alone, each Mango Power Union unit can provide up to 4000W of continuous power, 6600 watts of surge, and 6.9kWh of capacity. That’s enough to run your home’s essentials for nearly a week. But these units are designed for scalability; you can hook 10x Mango Power Union Devices together. This would give users the theoretical capability to go 10 weeks without power, more than long enough to weather even the worst of storms.

Backup Your Home and Take part of it On-The-Go

The Mango Power Union feature most often highlighted by its inventors, however, is  its modular design. This breaks the barriers between traditional portable power station and residential solar battery: when you need portability, you can easily lift off the top part of the Union and set off; when you need more power at home, put the module back in its dock.
