Honor 50 sales have been very massive – Honor is increasing production

Honor 50

In mid-June, Honor launched the Honor 50 series, the world’s first Snapdragon 778G 5G smartphone. This device comes with a 108MP camera and supports up to 100W fast charging. The starting price of this smartphone is 2699 yuan ($417). Although this device uses a mid-range processor, it has many flagship qualities. Since its launch, the Honor 50 series has been selling hotly. Information from JD.com reveals that the Honor 50 is the best-selling smartphone in the 2500-4000 yuan ($386 – $618) range for 17 consecutive days. The first sales report announced by Honor shows that the Honor 50 series hit 500 million yuan (over $77 million) sales in one minute.

However, with the high demand for this series, the company is struggling with production. According to Honor, in order to ensure that consumers get the product as soon as possible after placing the order, it is currently making every effort to increase production capacity. Prior to this, Zhao Ming, CEO of Honor, posted a message on Weibo a few days ago, thanking consumers for their approval. Zhao Ming revealed that the first sales of Honor 50 have set new records both online and offline. According to him, creating the ultimate product experience is always the pursuit of Honor. The Honor 50 series includes Honor 50, Honor 50 Pro, and Honor 50 SE. See their full specs sheet below
