At the Honor launch event, the company officially released the Honor Magic3, Magic3 Pro, and Magic3 Ultimate Edition. However, these devices were not the only smartphones that the company unveiled. The Chinese manufacturer also released the Honor X20, a mid-range Dimensity smartphone. This smartphone is available in three colour options which include magic night black, aurora blue, and titanium silver.
The Honor X20 comes with a 6.67-inch FHD+ fullscreen LCD display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. Just like the Honor Magic3 series, the Honor X20 also uses a pill-shape cutout in the top left corner with a 16MP front camera. On the rear, this smartphone comes with a 64MP main camera as well as a 2MP depth of field sensor and a 2MP macro camera.
Under the hood, this device comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor coupled with 6GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB / 256GB of internal storage. There is the option of expanding the internal storage via a microSD card.
To keep its lights on, this device comes with a 4300 mAh battery that supports a 66W super fast charge. According to the company, the Honor X20 can charge up to 50% in just 15 minutes. The battery of the Honor X20 guarantees a full day of use without recharging.

Furthermore, the Honor X20 comes with the latest RAM expansion technology which is a flagship feature. The smart storage expansion technology expands the RAM of this smartphone by 2GB. This means that this device can have a maximum of 10GB of RAM. This technology works by using some part of the storage to work as RAM. Unfortunately, the Honor X20 has a maximum of 256GB of RAM. Thus it barely has enough storage for saving relevant documents and may not have storage to spare for RAM conversion.
In addition, the Honor X20 supports a smart dual 5G experience, the dual cards are simultaneously on the 5G network. In addition, the Honor X20 comes with LINK Turbo X four-network collaboration technology. When a single network cannot meet the communication requirements, other networks seamlessly join the collaborative work, and according to the application scenario, the data channel is intelligently scheduled to create a smoother communication experience. This improves the high-speed network and enhances file download and low latency gaming.

The Honor X20 has three options in terms of RAM and internal storage. The prices of these models are as follows

- 8GB + 128GB – 2199 yuan ($339)
- 8GB + 256GB – 2499 yuan ($386)
The first official; sales of this smartphone will start at 10:08 am on August 13.
