Earlier today, Realme India CEO, Madhav Sheth, released a new poster of an upcoming product. According to Madhav Sheth, the Realme 8s is the world’s first smartphone with the MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor. He claims that this chip will provide consumers with excellent performance and is very power-saving. The latest information regarding the Realme 8s shows that this device will launch on September 8th.

It is worth noting that on the launch date, the company will also release the Realme 8i. This device will come with the MediaTek Helio G96 processor and is a 4G mobile phone.

Dimensity 810 is a mid-range chip

MediaTek Dimensity 810 was released on August 11th. This chip uses the 6nm manufacturing process as well as an ARM Cortex-A76 core. The CPU clocks at 2.4GHz. Furthermore, it comes with support for advanced camera features, including AI- in cooperation with ArcSoft. It also supports Color technology, and noise reduction technology in low light environments. Moreover, Dimensity 810 uses the MediaTek HyperEngine 2.0 game engine. This feature brings players an immersive game experience through the optimization of the network engine and intelligent load control engine.

In addition to the Dimensity 810 SoC, the Realme 8s will also come with a punch-hole solution. The front camera will be at the upper left corner of the display. This is not a surprise as it appears to be the only placement that Realme knows.  On the front, it will have a 16MP camera which is decent for a mid-range smartphone. Also, this device will come with a side fingerprint sensor.
