At the end of 2021, Xiaomi released the Watch S1 smartwatch. Recently, 91mobile reported that the manufacturer is currently working on the follow-up model, namely the Watch S1 Active. The source jointly with Ishan Agarwal has already shown off the render of the Watch S1 Active. We guess that our protagonist will go on sale globally alongside the Xiaomi Mi 12 series. Xiaomi Watch S1 Active Specs
Like its sibling, the Watch S1, the Watch S1 Active comes with a circular dial as well as a silicone sports band. On the chassis, we can see two buttons. On the edges of the chassis, we can also notice four engraved texts – Home, Sport, Outdoor, and Active. As you understand, the buttons will help users interact with the smartwatch more easily.
As for the features, the Xiaomi Watch S1 Active will provide support for steps, outdoor sports, and other sports tracking. Users will be able to choose from multiple dials. Lastly, the render shows that the watch will have three color variants of Black, Blue, and White.
At the moment, this is all we know about the forthcoming Xiaomi Watch S1 Active. But as the company launches this smartwatch within the existing series, we guess it will inherit many features from the vanilla version.
In this regard, it’s quite useful to recall the selling points of the Watch S1. The latter comes with a 1.43-inch AMOLED display, 5ATM waterproof rating, 117 sports modes, and a GNSS location for outdoor movement tracking. Inside, the watch carries a 470mAh battery, which is capable of providing long endurance of 12 days on a single charge. To make calls independently, the watch sports a microphone as well as a speaker.
Xiaomi Mi 12 Global
Well, as the Xiaomi Watch S1 Active will debut with the Xiaomi Mi 12 global, we should also recall the key specs of the latter. From the phone renders shared by Agarwal, we can see that forthcoming phones are similar to the original. The only noticeable “design change” refers to the newly added ‘5G’ branding on the back panel. The Xiaomi Mi 12, Mi 12 Pro, and Mi 12X will be available in Black, Blue, and Purple color options.
If believing PriceBaba, the vanilla version of the Xiaomi Mi 12 will cost €899, the Xiaomi Mi 12 Pro price will start at €1,099, and the Xiaomi Mi 12X will cost around €600.
