Is The Taskbar Part Of Android 12L or One UI?

From our own observations of the Android 12L on the Fold 4, it is quite hard to tell which of the functionalities came stocked with the Android 12L and which of them were addition from Samsung’s One UI 4.1. When it comes to the Taskbar however, we can confirm that the Taskbar came with Android 12L. This Taskbar functionality is already being displayed in the homepage of Android developers website. What this means is that, all other devices that will use the Android 12L will have the new Taskbar.
