Nokia and Ericsson Are Building An Epic 5G Network For India

India 5G

Recently, India announced that 13 major cities in the country launched a 5G network. Moreover, the rest of the country will switch to the new communication standard in the coming months. We should mention that India is the last country in the world’s major economies to open 5G. We also learned that two major companies are responsible for the country’s transformation – Nokia and Ericsson. They prove to build an epic 5G network.

What Will Make India’s 5G Network Epic?

According to the contract, Nokia will provide equipment from its portfolio. Due to various equipment used in 5G networks, India will support different bands. As you know, different countries support different bands. But it seems India will support all of them.

Apart from Nokia, Ericsson will also use its advanced technologies and equipment to make the Indian 5G network really epic. However, it wouldn’t have been possible, if not Jio’s experience and ambitions. Reliance Jio will launch a standalone 5G network that will be connected to its 4G network.

In its turn, Ericsson commented, saying that this will change the country’s infrastructure. The new world-class infrastructure will not differ from those of developed countries. Also, they praised Jio for its ambitions. Of course, Ericsson has the highest reputation and experience in building 5G networks. So with their help, India’s society will make a move forward.

As the spokespersons said, this will completely change India’s economy. There will be many new jobs that will also require higher skills. So this change to 5G will make India stand in line with the world’s leading economies. And what’s more important, it’s implemented with the help of European companies and not Chinese firms.
