Nevertheless, Vivo might divulge the Vivo X90 series launch details soon. The company has shared an event invite for the upcoming imaging strategy conference on its official Weibo account.

Some sources claim the Vivo X90 will hit the store shelves in November. Likewise, tipster Assen predicts the X90 series will arrive in China in December.

Meanwhile, the event invite confirms Vivo will host the Imaging Strategy Conference on October 24. Vivo is likely to showcase its new imaging chip dubbed Vivo V2 at the event.

Now, the upcoming Vivo X90 series could to pack the same V2 imaging chip. The X70 series featuring a V1 chip recently went official in India. The X80 series came with the V1+ chip.

Vivo teamed up with Zeiss for its custom ISP (Image Signal Processor). As a result, Vivo offered thermal stability, ultra-low dispersion, and high light transmittance.

The next V-series ISP is likely to bring a myriad of improvements over its predecessor. So, it will deliver better imaging performance and efficiency.
