iQOO Neo 7 SE 5G leaked specs hint at upgrades over Neo 6 SE

The upcoming iQOO Neo 7 SE smartphone's key specifications have been leaked ahead of its imminent launch in China and India. To recap, the iQOO Neo 7 went official in China last month.

The recently unveiled premium handset sits below the iQOO 11 series, which is likely to make its debut next month. In the meantime, iQOO is reportedly prepping to launch a new Neo 7 series phone dubbed the iQOO Neo 7 SE.

According to a new piece of leaked information, iQOO is currently working on Neo 7 SE. However, details about the iQOO Neo 7 SE smartphone's exact launch date are still scarce.

While we wait for iQOO to officially confirm the launch details, tipster Paras Guglani has divulged the iQOO Neo 7 SE smartphone's specifications.

Notably, the iQOO Neo 7 SE will pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC under the hood. Moreover, it might launch in India with the Neo 7 5G moniker.

The iQOO Neo 7 SE 5G is the second entrant in the Neo 7 series. It is likely to launch in China before hitting store shelves in India.

The Neo 7 SE sports an AMOLED display that delivers a 120Hz refresh rate, according to the noted leaker. Furthermore, the phone will ship with at least 8GB of RAM.

Nevertheless, a 12GB RAM option could be in the offing for the Neo 7 SE 5G, according to a report by MySmartPrice. A 5000mAh battery unit will be powering up the handset. Also, this cell will support 120W fast charging.

For optics, the iQOO Neo 7 SE 5G will house a 50MP main sensor with OIS on the back. Moreover, the device will draw power from a Snapdragon 8 series SoC.

Moreover, Guglani suggests the Neo 7 SE 5G will retain the specs of the Neo 7 5G. However, the upcoming smartphone will feature a different processor.

So, it is safe to assume that the Neo 7 SE 5G will come with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display. Also, it will have a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro sensor on the back.

Upfront, the Neo 7 SE might house a 16MP shooter for selfies. To recap, the Neo 6 SE 5G went official in India as the Neo 6 5G. So, there is a possibility that iQOO will launch the Neo 7 SE 5G in India as the Neo 7 5G.
