Chinese brand, ZTE, is one of the most decent mobile phone brands in China. However, just like Huawei, it is facing a ban by the U.S. For this reason, ZTE’s mobile phones have not been as popular as they should be. Nevertheless, the company is still releasing mobile phones. ZTE Mobile has officially announced that the ZTE Axon 40 Ultra Space Edition will be released on November 29. This special model will feature concepts such as “Space Fortress in Mobile Phones”.

According to ZTE, the Axon 40 Ultra Space Edition will support up to 18GB of RAM. Furthermore, the company also reveals that this device will have 1TB of internal storage. This device comes with flagship level hardware specs and hard core memory combo.

The ZTE Axon 40 Ultra Space Edition will also use the dynamic shuttle ridgeline. Also, this flagship mobile phone will come with the next gen ceramic build material. It will also integrate a nano tape casing process. In simple terms, the ZTE Axon 40 Ultra Space Edition is a top grade flagship mobile phone. 

ZTE Axon 40 Ultra was released in May this year. This device comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. It uses an under screen camera to increase the display ratio. This device also uses an LPDDR5 memory and UFS 3.1 storage. In addition, there is a super dual channel VC liquid cooling system. Under the hood, it comes with a 5000 mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. This device also boasts of an L1+L5 dual frequency positioning, infrared remote control, NFC, with an independent security chip. Other features of this device includes a X-axis linear motor and USB-C 3.1.

Half a year ago, ZTE held a new product launch conference. The  event had the launch of a new flagship mobile phone – the ZTE Axon 40 series. This series includes the Axon 40, Axon 40 Pro and Axon 40 Ultra. The ultra large model comes with an under screen camera tech. It also uses a more shocking visual immersion. ZTE will launch the new ZTE Axon 40 Ultra Space Edition on Nov. 29. Now, there are leaks of the specs of this upcoming mobile phone.

Recent information by ZTE Lu Qianhao ZTE Axon 40 Ultra space version will use the next gen HT Xuanjing ceramic material. Just like the regular Axon 40, it will also use a nano tap casting build process. HT Xuanjing Ceramics combines the high strength of ceramics, the elegance of glass, and the beauty of decoration in one body. It gives the device a full and sleek texture. This makes the device easy and good to hold.

As for the front, the device will adopt the third gen under display camera tech. Through natural and exquisite circuit design, and distributed transparent wiring, there is no transition area where circuits gather at the edge of the under display area. This makes the image from this camera more natural.

ZTE Axon 40 Ultra Space Edition display, camera and memory specs

In terms of specs, the new ZTE Axon 40 Ultra Space Edition will use a 6.81-inch AMOLED full screen. This display supports a resolution of 2480 x 1116. It also comes with a 120Hz high refresh rate, 10bit colour depth, and 1500nit peak brightness. The chip is the Snapdragon 8 flagship chip with LPDDR5 memory and UFS 3.1 flash memory. In the camera section, this device will use a 64MP custom IMX787 main camera. It will also have a 64MP custom IMX787 ultra-wide-angle as well as a 64MP periscope telephoto triple camera. The camera of this device is obviously one of the best in the industry.

According to rumors, ZTE Axon 40 Ultra space version will launch be quite pricey. The regular model of this mobile phone cost 4998 yuan ($697). Though strange, there are claims that the Space Edition will also cost 4998 yuan ($697).

ZTE new mobile phone get certified in China

ZTE has a new model ZTE 7533N that has passed the network access review of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Some reports claims that this device is the ZTE Yuanhang 40 series. According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, this model will use a 2.2GHz octa-core processor. The mobile phone will also have 8GB RAM+128GB / 256GB ROM models. The display of this mobile phone is 6.58-inch LCD waterdrop screen and it supports 2408 × 1080 resolution.

This device will use a 50MP main camera in a quad rear camera setup. It will also come with an 8MP selfie shooter. Under the hood, this device uses a 4500 mAh battery and its only 8.1mm thick and weighs 187g. On the side, there is a fingerprint sensor but this device does not support SD cards.

ZTE Yuanhang 40 Pro+

The ZTE Yuanhang 40 Pro+ was officially launched last month. The device is available in two colors – blue sky blue and night gray. It comes with a 2198 yuan ($306) starting price. The product page shows that ZTE Yuanhang 40 Pro+ weighs 192.5g, has a body size of 163.5×75.8×7.6mm, uses a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen, supports 60Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution. It also passed the UL low blue light eye protection certification.

In terms of configuration, ZTE Yuanhang 40 Pro+ uses the Dimensity 810 SoC with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It also uses a built-in 4510mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging. ZTE Yuanhang 40 Pro+ is equipped with a Type-C interface and runs on MyOS 12.0 (based on Android S) system.
