Due to the FIFA name attached to the video game, it gained instant popularity, and it has truly lived up to its name till today.

EA Sports and FIFA No More Partners on FIFA Soccer Game EA Sports FIFA

Today, we have EA Sports FIFA23 as the latest soccer game between FIFA and EA. Sadly, that will be the last of its kind and we all have to say goodbye to the FIFA-EA collaboration. The two parties were supposed to agree on a new deal in order to continue their partnership. However, a deal could not come to fruition, leading to the sad breakup.

With the partnership now broken, FIFA will have to look for a new partner. Sources claim that the world football governing body is working on its own in-house soccer video game. EA on the other hand does not have much of a problem since it is the rightful owner of the game. All it had to do was to ditch the FIFA name and look for a new name.
