During the MWC 2023, ZTE surprised us by announcing its ZTE Nubia Neovision Glass. It was the company’s dramatic entrance into the market of the AR/VR Smart Glass segment. Today, we bring news that confirms this device goes beyond a simple concept. It is available on open sale across the EU, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and South Africa. The head-mounted display comes with a micro-OLED panel that outputs in 1080p resolution per eye with the virtual screen being scalable up to 120 inches.

As per the firm, the ZTE Nubia Neovision Glass offers 1,800 nits of brightness and offers a 43º field of view. It has 3500 pixels per inch. There is also a 0-500º myopia adjustment. The headset weighs just 79 grams to avoid your uncomfortable while using it. The device offers support from tablets, laptops, PS5, Xbox, Switch, and drones. The device is plug-and-play and can be used without any extra operations. Phones without a proper DP port can be connected and used via a projection box.

It also boasts Hi-Res Audio Support via its omnidirectional speakers placed at the stems. The sampling rate of the glass is 44.1kHz with a bit depth of more than 16 bits. In the end, it achieves a lossless sound experience. It promises an immersive experience to users with better sound effects. In addition to that, users can share their private spaces exclusively. The device offers a virtual large screen that can be applied to a variety of scenarios, including personal mobile theatre, mobile gaming center, office assistant, and other rich application scenarios.
