It’s Official, the Nothing Phone (2) is Launching in India Today

Last week, the Nothing Phone (2) was revealed and became available for purchase in the US, the UK, Canada. It also became available in some parts of Europe a few days ago. Starting at noon IST today, it will also be possible to buy it in India through Flipkart. Fans of the Nothing Phone (2) can also get the handset in selected retail stores.

In India, the Nothing Phone (2) is available in two colors: White and Dark Grey. It comes with three memory options – 8GB RAM with 128GB storage which is selling for INR 44,999 ($550/€490). The 12GB RAM with 256GB storage also sells for INR 49,999 ($610/€550). The highest end model which comes with 12GB RAM with 512GB storage also has a price tag of INR 54,999 ($670/€600).

The Nothing Phone (2) features a 6.7-inch 120Hz FullHD+ LTPO OLED display and is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. It runs on the Nothing OS 2, based on Android 13, right out of the box. The phone packs-in a 4,700mAh battery that supports 45W wired charging. You also get 15W wireless charging, and 5W reverse wireless charging.

The Phone (2) has a transparent glass back with LED lights, giving it a unique look. On the back, there are two cameras – a 50MP primary camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and a 50MP ultrawide camera. To capture selfies and make video calls, there is a 32MP camera located on the front of the phone. It also comes with Android 13 with Nothing OS 2.0 on top.

Other notable features of the Nothing Phone (2) include an IP54 rating, which means it is protected against dust and water splashes. It also has an in-display fingerprint scanner for secure unlocking, stereo speakers for enhanced audio, and NFC capability for contactless payments and other functionalities.
