Realme, the renowned smartphone manufacturer, showcased its latest offerings at a highly anticipated event held today in India. The event served as the platform for the official launch of the Realme 11 5G and Realme Buds Air 5, targeting the Indian market. Additionally, Realme introduced the Realme 11x 5G, an affordable smartphone boasting a remarkable 64 MP primary camera and 33W charging capability.

Realme Unveils Realme 11x 5G: A Budget-Friendly Smartphone with Impressive Features

The Realme 11x 5G showcases a sizable 6.72″ LCD display with Full HD+ resolution and a maximum brightness of 650 nits. The device also boasts an impressive refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, ensuring smooth and fluid visuals.

Similar to its counterpart, the standard Realme 11 5G, the Realme 11x 5G is powered by the Dimensity 6100+ chipset, featuring an octa-core CPU. The phone offers 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. However, it lacks a micro SD card slot for expandable storage.

The highlight of the Realme 11x 5G is undoubtedly its 64 MP main camera. Equipped with a 1/2″ sensor and an F/1.8 aperture, promising exceptional photography capabilities. Accompanying the main camera is a 2 MP depth sensor, though its usefulness may be debatable.

The device is equipped with a robust 5,000 mAh battery, supporting 33W SuperVOOC charging technology. However, it is worth noting that the charging speed aligns more closely with the regular VOOC 4.0 standard, which was introduced by Oppo a few years ago.

In terms of design, the Realme 11x 5G boasts a slim profile, measuring only 7.89 mm in thickness. The rear panel offers two appealing color options: Purple Dawn and Midnight Black. Additionally, the phone features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for convenient and secure unlocking.

Running on Android 13 with Realme UI 4.0 on top, the Realme 11x 5G provides a user-friendly and intuitive interface.

The Realme 11x 5G costs INR 14,999 ($180/€167) for the 6/128 GB variant. And INR 15,999 ($195/€180) for the 8/128 GB option. The initial sale will take place on August 30 at 12 PM (noon) local time. And interested customers can purchase the phone from the company‘s website and various retail stores.
