Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ is the latest flagship device in the Mate Pro series. This flagship mobile phone continues to test the limits of high-performing phone cameras. The device has been put through the rigorous DXOMARK Camera test suite to measure its performance in photo, video, and zoom quality from an end-user perspective. The Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ delivered excellent results in the DXOMARK Camera tests. This device is now in the top spot with a total score of 157. It surpasses its sibling, Huawei Mate 60 with a score of 156. The likes of iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPhone 15 Pro could only manage to score 154 each. In fifth position is the Google Pixel 8 which scores 153 points.

After the testing of the Huawei Mate 60 Pro+, the different aspects have different scores. According to DxOMark tests, the Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ ranks number one in Photo and Bokeh with 160 and 80 points respectively. By comparison devices, the P60 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, were tested in HDR mode as well. Overall, the Mate 60 Pro+ could not quite match the best in class iPhone 15 Pro Max and Google Pixel 8 Pro. However, it was still among the best smartphones tested to date. The device scored 148 points in the video category, with good exposure, colour, and detail preservation in bright light conditions. However, the device struggled with noise and artifacts in low light conditions.

The Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ scored 152 points in the zoom category. Thanks to its 3.5x optical zoom lens that provides good detail and texture preservation at medium and long-range zoom levels. The device also performed well in low light conditions, with good exposure, colour, and detail preservation. However, the device struggled with noise and artifacts at high zoom levels.

Bokeh

The Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ has demonstrated excellent subject isolation and a realistic bokeh shape in both single and group portrait shots.
