Meizu Flyme AR system officially announced


Meizu is known for its innovative smartphones and operating system, Flyme OS, which is an Android skin. However, the company is now moving into the AR field. Today, Meizu officially announced the Flyme AR system. The company claims that this system is “the first mobile-level interactive experience AR system”. Meizu will officially unveil the system at the 2023 Meizu Autumn Unbounded Ecosystem Conference on November 30.

This new Flyme AR system will be used in Meizu AR smart glasses which adopt a “dual-mode true wireless” connection method. This smart glasses have the slogan “no worries”, which means that there is no need to use physical wires to connect power and data devices.

From the official poster, it can be seen that the temples of these glasses are equipped with a curvature design and seem to have speaker openings. It is basically certain that these glasses have a thin and light design similar to ordinary glasses/sunglasses. At the same time, the 2023 Meizu Autumn Unbounded Ecological Conference is scheduled for 14:30 on November 30. In addition to AR smart glasses, it will also bring new Flyme and Flyme Auto ecosystem, Meizu 21, PANDAER and other products.
