President of Oppo China reveals details of Oppo A3 Pro
Liu Bo, president of Oppo China has revealed some highlights of their upcoming device on Weibo. Acknowledging the success of the A-series smartphones, the President says that Chinese consumers increasingly prioritize practicality. In response to this demand for longer-lasting devices, they will launch the Oppo A3 Pro.
According to the translated version (via Fonearena) of Bo Liu’s announcement, the Oppo A3 Pro will be “the world’s first ‘full-level waterproof’ phone, with military-grade shock resistance and long battery life.”

This will be made possible with an IP69 rating which is something that is even missing from top flagships in the industry. For comparison, the Galaxy S24 Ultra and the iPhone 15 Pro have an IP68 rating. The phone will also have a 64MP primary sensor. While, it will be powered with a Dimensity 7050 processor with up to 12GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of storage.
