The iQOO Z10 Turbo+ is official. The name was confirmed today by Chengzi, iQOO’s Z-series product manager, clearing up speculation that the phone might debut as the “Pro+” variant. It won’t. It’s simply the Z10 Turbo+, and it’s shaping up to be a performance monster.
So what’s the deal with this phone?
For starters, it packs the newly unveiled Dimensity 9400+ chipset. This isn’t just a routine spec bump—according to Chengzi, iQOO’s aiming to set new industry benchmarks, and that includes pushing AnTuTu scores into record territory. The official numbers haven’t dropped yet, but the device has already shown up on Geekbench, scoring 2196 (single-core) and 8907 (multi-core)—impressive, to say the least.
Then there’s the battery. iQOO isn’t playing it safe here either. The Z10 Turbo+ will carry an 8000mAh battery—easily one of the biggest ever in a performance-first phone. That kind of capacity isn’t just about long life; it’s about staying cool and stable under sustained load, especially with a chip like the 9400+ under the hood. To top it off, the phone will support 90W fast charging, based on its recent 3C certification.
What Else to Expect?
While iQOO hasn’t revealed everything yet, the Z10 Turbo+ will supposedly borrow much of its hardware from the existing Z10 Turbo Pro. That likely includes a 6.78-inch OLED display, running at a 1.5K resolution with a 144Hz refresh rate—ideal for high-frame-rate gaming and media.
Camera-wise, don’t expect flagship complexity, but the essentials are there: a 50MP main sensor with OIS, paired with an 8MP ultra-wide lens. On the front, a 16MP selfie shooter does the job. The device will also pack up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and as much as 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
As for the base iQOO Z10, that model hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, but leaks suggest it’ll feature a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip, a 1.5K OLED LTPS panel, and a similar 8000mAh+ battery. So even the “standard” version might pack serious punch.
iQOO hasn’t confirmed the Z10 Turbo+ release date yet, but with key specs now public, launch can’t be far off. Keep an eye on the Chinese market—it looks like iQOO is getting ready to shake things up again.
