We have a feeling that Oukitel are having way too much fun thinking of creative ways to test their phones. The newest video has then use a blowtorch on the device to prove it is made of metal!
I can think of easier ways to prove that something is made of metal, but I admit they might not be as interesting as the option Oukitel decided upon. In the above video, the Oukitel K6000 gets a toasting from a blow torch to prove that it has a real metal rear panel and not a metal-look, plastic rear.
The video starts with a no name plastic phone being roasted then the K6000 taking its turn. We see that the battery in the phone begins to smoke, so it doesn’t show the phone is fireproof.
Over the past few weeks Oukitel have chopped food on their phones, sliced phones, and cooked them. Will there be more gratuitous phone destruction to come?
pre-sale ?
at 2:45 burning video loops look careful as screen crack first appear ant then disappear. Also there may be some other phone on the end of video so I call this video FAKE.
For those interested: between 2:47 and 2:48 to be precise. Put the speed to 0.25x to see this!
