Dell Introduces The XPS 13 With 8th Gen. Intel Core Processors


The CES event is usually packed with a lot of amazing innovative products. The likes of Samsung and LG have a lot of devices to showcase at this event and they won’t be alone. Dell will be introducing the XPS 13 laptop with a fresh design and this laptop comes with a near bezel-less 13-inch InfinityEdge display that fits in an 11-inch frame. Powered by an 8th gen Intel Core processor, Dell XPS 13 comes with a 4K display and it weighs only 1.22kg which makes it one of the lightest 13-inch laptops in the market.

The Dell XPS 13 is equipped with a Core i5-8250U or Core i7-8550U processor with 1TB SSD. It comes with a USB Type-A to USB Type-C adapter. This laptop supports inbuilt digital assistant since it is powered by Windows 10 OS. Also added to the Dell XPS 13 is a voice, touch, facial recognition feature coupled with an optional fingerprint reader in the power button. Dell and Microsoft stores in the UK and US already have this laptop and it comes with a $999.99 price tag. There is also the Ubuntu-based developer edition with Linux preloaded and this version is available for $949.99.
