After releasing source code for some of their phones and showing CyanogenMod running on the Blackview Crown, Blackview now demo Flyme on the Alife P1 Pro.

If you know your Chinese ROMs then you will know Flyme as Meizu’s Android based operating system, but over the past few months we have seen plenty of other phone makers release Flyme builds for their phones.

Blackview are still an up and coming name in the Chinese phone market, but their recent moves have been very impressive with custom ROMs being released, and even the innovative move to include a pair of Google Cardboard goggles in the packaging of the Blackview Alife P1 Pro.

Gizchina News of the week

The company have stated when Flyme will be available to download, but the hope is it will come soon so Alife P1 Pro users can try it out for themselves. If you haven’t already done so you can buy the Blackview Alife P1 Pro from Coolicool.com and Geekbuying.com for just $99.99.

    is a shit that they don’t have any support for Alife S1, no updates, no source code, nothing.
    don’t recommend to buy phones from this brand, there’s plenty of better brands than this one.

    New Alife P1 Pro is even slower than my 4 years old Galaxy S3

    Skip to 2:00 to see the slowness.
    All other phone sent to reviewer most probably having higher spec (MT6735) compared to the one sold to consumer (MT6735M).
    It also overheats very much::
