We're not sure how reliable these details are, but if it does turn out that
Koobee are to
launch the 5-inch full HD
Koobee Max on March 22nd they are likely to inherit a large number of potential UMi X2 customers.
Currently only
iOcean have
launched the
youth version of the X7, a
1080p 5-inch
phone running a MediaTek
MT6589 quad-core chip. Now it appears that
Koobee will be the second manufacturer to offer a full HD MTK
phone.
Full details of the
Koobee Max remain unconfirmed but what we o know from leaked renders is the
phone will boats a 1920 x
1080 display, 13 mega-pixel rear camera, all wrapped up in a highly curved body.
We can also assume that the
Max will be packing 1GB RAM rather than
2GB, but then again this is just speculation.
